Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) is the surface analysis technique that I have used throughout my research over the past 9 years. This all-optical technique is able to determine, non-destructively, label-free and in situ, chemical and physical changes occurring at the interface between a gold film and a solution or gas phase containing the sample.
